Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm so orders will only be processed during these times.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated and applied at the checkout so please ensure you are happy with them before placing your order.
Orders to all destinations on the UK mainland will depend on what shipping time you have chosen. Orders to other destinations may take slightly longer and will be dependent on postcode.
Sample deliveries are as above, except that the samples will be dispatched by first class post.
If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Your4walls by You with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.
All goods are stringently checked before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, please check all products for colour, design and quality, or imperfections.
With wallpaper these things must be checked before hanging the rolls, as we will NOT accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We will NOT refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.
All customers have seven working days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by contacting us by email and you will receive a Returns Merchandise Authorisation form. Customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in the same condition they were received. The goods will be deemed returned when received by www.your4walls.co.uk, and we will refund the monies within at least 14 working days.
We cannot accept opened rolls of wallpaper
Returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, the manufacturer will require a sample of the product to us with the label. it should not be necessary to return all the faulty product. Please do note that You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. However if required a refund will be provided within 14 days.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on wallpaper samples.

In addition, for up to 28 days after purchase goods may be returned provided that they are in the same condition as stated above together with the sales ticket for a refund subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. However, if a product has been made individually to your specification then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights, see below. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore email us within seven days, please state your sales reference number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the Product, and you will be provided with a Returns Merchant Authorisation form
Should a customer wish to cancel an order, prior to despatch, your4walls will give the customer a full refund of their money within 14 days of the notification to your4walls of the cancellation.
